为了持续地为员工提供更好的工作环境,提高员工的“归属力”(Employee Engagement),公司将采用美国著名的盖洛普咨询公司(Gallup)“Q12-员工归属力”问卷调查,针对每次调查显示的薄弱环节进行不断的提高和改进,促进员工及惠安的共同发展。
盖洛普公司调查显示:Q12调查分值越高,公司员工流动性越低,业务增长越快,生产能力越强,顾客忠诚度越高,以及在其他方面也有优越的表现。
以下是公司在2008年(参与率93%)和2009年(参与率99%)和2010年(参与率98%)中Q12调查平均分及总分比较表。
